TRAINING & PLACEMENT CELL
BFIT Group of Institutions, foremost aim is to work upon and improve the employability of our students. All students enrolled in BFIT Group of Institutions will be provided placement assistance, counseling for employment and self/social entrepreneurship. The BFIT Training & Placement cell assures logistic support to the visiting companies at every stage of the placement process by making college infrastructure available to them. The Training & Placement Cell will act as an interface between the industry and the students, and will primarily enable the students to select from their career options. We shall facilitate the selection process of all the companies as per their requirement. BFIT will liaison with corporate organizations to provide suitable jobs and internship for the candidates completing their studies from our Institutes. We will try our best to conduct seminars and workshops to enable the students of BFIT to become successful professionals.
BFIT has taken an initiative to provide Communication, Personality Grooming Skills, Logical Reasoning, and Aptitude, for our student’s. The training will be given simultaneously focusing on personality development and career counselling.
The Training & Placement Cell would seek the support of the Head of the Departments or his nominee for a better coordination and the execution of this programed.
Function of PLACEMENT CELL
- Collection of Data of the students and companies, maintaining and updating the database
- Preparing eligible pool of students of different disciplines
- Gathering information about job-fairs and employment opportunities
- Notifying the students about Pre-Placement Activities, Job Opportunities and Campus Selections through Notice Boards, Placement Portal and College Website
- Organizing Campus Recruitment Training Programed
- Networking with leading companies for Internships and Campus Selections
- Organizing on and Off Campus Interviews
- Acts as an interface between the selected students and the recruiters
- Conducting Career Guidance Sessions
- Collecting Feedback from the Recruiters and Students
- To do post placement analysis and take remedial measures for non-selected students
